Career Fair Cancellations and No Show Procedures
- If cancellation is necessary, we will encourage employers to transfer their registration fees to another job fair within the same academic year.
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made before the event registration deadline.
- Cancellations made after the registration deadline but at least 2 business days* before the event will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within two business days of the event or failure to attend (“No Show”) will not be eligible for a refund. Registration fees for employers who do not attend will not be applied to a future career fair.
- All past due balances must be paid before registering for or attending any future career fairs.
*Business days are defined as Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
