Professional Biography

Dr. Gabriela Perez-Hernandez is a dairy scientist with expertise in management and physiology. Her experience includes managing a dairy operation in Northern Mexico, where she gained firsthand insight into environmental stressors and their impact on dairy systems. This practical foundation has informed her approach to implementing research-driven strategies that enhance dairy cattle productivity. In recent years, her research has focused on the regulation of milk production and mammary gland physiology, particularly how environmental stress and management factors influence milk synthesis.
