For all training-based CPL requests, the following documentation is required to validate credit eligibility:

  • Training Provider: Identify the organization, agency, institution, or certifying body that conducted the training.
  • Training Description: Provide a detailed syllabus, course outline, or official description that explains the content and learning objectives.
  • Training Duration: Indicate the number of contact hours completed.
