Fei Luo

Biography

Dr. Fei Luo is an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at Texas A&M International University. She earned her Ph.D. from Sam Houston State University in 2016. Her research interests include policing, race/ethnicity, gun policy, immigration and crime, intimate partner violence, and application of quantitative methodology. Her recent publications have appeared in the journals such as Race and Justice, Journal of Crime and Justice, American Journal of Criminal Justice, and Policing: An International Journal. She served as a peer reviewer for a variety of journals such as Crime & Delinquency, Victims & Offenders, Policing, and Women & Criminal Justice. She is an awardee of the Dan Richard Beto Endowed Scholarship in Correctional Leadership Award, Sage Junior Faculty Professional Development Teaching Award, Outstanding Article Award, and Distinguished Teacher of the Year Award.
