The Integrity Award recognizes a staff member who consistently models honesty, transparency, and respect, fostering an ethical and accountable work environment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Committed to the standards of honesty, trustworthiness, and fairness in professional interactions and decisions
  • Shares information clearly and openly, fostering trust, collaboration, and accountability within the campus community
  • Takes ownership of actions and outcomes, responds constructively to feedback, and encourages others to act responsibly
  • Treats individuals with dignity and respect, promoting an ethical work environment
  • Ensures adherence to University and System guidelines, codes of conduct, and regulatory standards, while safeguarding sensitive information in accordance with institutional and legal requirements
  • Models ethical behavior and inspires others to act with integrity through mentorship, leadership, or peer influence
