Whether you are feeling sick late at night, over the weekend, or while away from campus, care is available 24\/7 through the TimelyCare app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Convenient Virtual Acute Care<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TimelyCare is designed to support students with urgent, non-emergency medical concerns through virtual acute care visits. Providers can assess symptoms, recommend treatment options, and, when needed, refer students to the Student Health Center for additional testing or services. In some cases, test results from the Student Health Center may be shared back with the TimelyCare provider to assist with continued care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Access Across the United States<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students can continue using TimelyCare even when traveling home or away from campus, with providers available in all 50 states. Please note that services are not currently available for students studying abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important Information About Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TimelyCare currently offers medical acute care services only and does not provide ongoing mental health counseling through this specific service model.
