This MOU details how money is transferred and courses are offered. The implementation of the MOU and assessment of the Joint Degree is carried out using procedures developed by the faculty of the Texas Physics Consortium and approved by a Council composed of the&nbsp;Deans of the member institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group link-pop is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/tpc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/128\/2022\/05\/mou.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">M<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/tpc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/128\/2025\/03\/SIGNED_TPC_MOU-Texas-Physics-Consortium_2024-Appendix-A_B-BYLAWS_C-TABLES-1-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">emorandum of Understanding<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>On February 25, 2025, the Administrative Council of the Texas Physics Consortium approved Stephen F Austin&#8217;s request to become an Affiliate member of the TPC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/tpc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/128\/2025\/03\/SFA-Request-for-Affiliate-Membership.pdf\">Stephen F Austin&#8217;s Request for TPC Membership<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"advising-forms-301b633b-b3b6-4ddb-ba6f-b4378d938a49\">Advising Forms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Students wanting to take courses from the Texas Physics Consortium should seek admission from a member institution. Once admitted as a student to a member institution, the student should meet with a TPC Advisor to register for courses and to submit the required TPC Student Admission Form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following forms are used to enter and remove&nbsp;students from member institution from the Texas Physics Consortium student database and course&nbsp;management systems as well as request approval by Council of Deans of substitution of a required TPC course in the Joint Degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group link-pop is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/tpc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/128\/2022\/05\/Admission.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TPC Student Admission Form<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/tpc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/128\/2022\/05\/Student_Removal_Form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TPC Student Removal\/Graduation Form<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/tpc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/128\/2022\/05\/TPCCourseSub.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TPC Course Substitution<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Completed forms should be sent electronically as PDF attachments to&nbsp;the Chair of the Texas Physics Consortium at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:marble@tarleton.edu\">marble@tarleton.edu<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"graduation-checkout-certification-forms-54894fca-c288-410b-9345-986640d9ab4c\">Graduation Checkout &amp; Certification Forms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The following forms are to be filled out and submitted along with any required supporting documentation to the Chair of the Texas Physics Consortium at least one semester prior to a student&#8217;s intended graduation date.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group link-pop is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/tpc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/128\/2022\/05\/joint_bs_physics_degree_graduation_checkout.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Graduation Checkout Form (Joint BS Physics Degree)<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/tpc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/128\/2022\/05\/OldDegree_GraduationCertification.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Graduation Certification Form (Local Phased Out Degree)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Completed forms should be placed upon the TPC Shared Drive as PDF attachment along with student transcripts by the student&#8217;s TPC facilitator and an email sent to to&nbsp;the Chair of the Texas Physics Consortium at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:marble@tarleton.edu\">marble@tarleton.edu<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"curriculum-forms-c03c7aa1-98c9-47b7-bf55-a2aeb8d2ae9e\">Curriculum Forms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The following curriculum forms are requests for course additions and modifications as well as program changes.
