She has led the creation of the Institute for Biotechnology Research and Innovation, the Institute for Rural Economic Development and Research, and the first EDA-funded University Center for Innovation\u00a0and\u00a0\u00a0Entrepreneurship in North Central Texas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DR.
