Personal Use Software for Faculty & Staff<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Faculty & Staff have access to discounted and free software for home\/personal use. The following resources provide additional information on available applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Office 365<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In addition to email, the Office 365 service offers productivity tools for work-at-home including Office applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Visit the Microsoft Office My Software Portal<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Sign in with your Tarleton credentials <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. On the download site, select your language and click install<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    You may need your full Tarleton email address to sign in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

     Adobe Creative Cloud<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Tarleton Faculty and Staff may install Adobe applications on a limited number of personal devices. Follow these steps to get started:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to www.adobe.com<\/a> on your personal computer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click “Sign in” in the top left corner of the window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Enter your Tarleton email address and password. (You may have to select “Sign in with an Enterprise ID”)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. You should then see the familiar purple TCAS screen to sign in with your Tarleton credentials<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Under “Your Apps & Services”, you will see Creative Cloud and a link to where you can download apps.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Cylance Smart Antivirus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The Cylance Employee Protection Program<\/a> is a benefit offered to Tarleton students, faculty and staff to ensure the protection of personal devices against malware, viruses, bots, and unknown future variants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Texas A&M Software<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Texas A&M offers a variety of discounted software titles for personal use. It is recommended that you first check Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud before making a purchase via the Texas A&M software portal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
