This number, along with a starting PIN (MMDDYY) is sent to you in correspondence from the Admissions office. The UID number is frequently used to confirm your identity and to access certain online service &#8211; so it is a good idea to have it memorized. If you have lost your letter or have forgotten your UID, you may look it up at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/uidlookup.tarleton.edu\/\">Tarleton University ID Lookup<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T: Drive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every Tarleton student will have a T: Drive. This drive is accessible on any Tarleton computer and has around 1GB storage space. This allows students to save documents from one Tarleton computer and be able to open them from any other Tarleton computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apply for Housing Online<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Incoming freshmen, you can apply for campus housing using the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/housing\/\">Residential Management System<\/a>. The first time you log in, use your UID as your username as well as your password. Then, the system will request you to change your password to something unique. This password is not synchronized with other Tarleton systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Register for Classes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>New students may use&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/mygateway\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">myGateway<\/a>&nbsp;to register for classes.
