Tarleton Summer Band Camp<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

This summer we have two band camps to choose from:

High School Band Camp<\/em><\/strong> for students in grades 9-12 on Sunday, June 14th<\/sup> thru Thursday, June 18th<\/sup>
Middle School Band Camp<\/em><\/strong> for students in grades 6-8 on Sunday, June 14th<\/sup> thru Thursday, June 18th<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Price:
Resident Camper<\/strong> – $399
Commuter Camper<\/strong> – $199<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check-in <\/strong>
Check in will be held at dorm, we will have more information closer to camp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

End of Camp Performance:<\/strong>  The camp performance will be on Thursday at the end of camp. We will have more information closer to camp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are so excited for your camp to join us for Tarleton State University\u2019s Band Camp for summer 2026!  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resident Students<\/strong>: Check-in is Sunday, June 14, check in time is noon to 2:00 pm at Honors Hall.   Be sure to be here during the appointed check-in time to unpack in your room and then proceed to the Fine Arts Center for auditions.   If you have any issues that may delay you, please call 254-968-9669.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Directions to Honors Hall:<\/strong>  Take West Washington Street St. to St. Peters Street.  This will take you to parking lot P34. Honors Hall is on the right side of the parking lot. Here is a link to the campus map.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commuter Students:<\/strong>  Those students not staying in the dorm but commuting each day, your check in time that day is at 2:30pm at the Fine Arts Center.<\/em><\/strong>  When you 1st come to the Tarleton, you will go directly to the Fine Arts Center Room 181 for check in then head to audition. You will get your meal card for lunch and dinner at check in.  Commuter students will return all cards to my office (Fine Arts Room 181) when they check in on the last day of camp Thursday.    Our parking lot is P6. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Directions to Fine Arts Center:<\/strong>  Take West Washington Street St. to St. Peter Street and make a right on to it. Take Harbin to Frey and make a right on to Frey St.   You will take Frey St. to Cain St. and make a right.  You will take Cain down till you will come the parking lot P6, you will go straight into parking lot.  The Fine Arts Building is in the far right end of the parking lot Campus Map<\/a> This is an interactive map for parking and to find the Clyde H Wells Fine Arts Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commuter Hours*:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunday 2:30 pm-9pm DINNER PROVIDED <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8:45am-9pm LUNCH AND DINNER PROVIDED <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thursday 8:45am-end of concert (about 12pm) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Each day commuting students must check in and check out with the camp staff.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concert:<\/strong>  The camp concerts will be on Thursday beginning at 10:00am. Move information will be upload closer to camp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bedding for XL-twin or sleeping bag <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instrument<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pencil<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Water bottle<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bathing suit\/towel <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Camp dress code is school approved clothing such as jeans, shorts, t-shirts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All rooms are furnished with mattress, dresser, fridge and microwave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Medication Forms: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Medication forms need to be completed by parent or guardian.  Forms can be emailed back or brought to check-in.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
