  1. Tarleton State University (Tarleton) must operate or have an agreement with an alternate storage site that is configured to facilitate the timely and effective recovery of High or Moderate Impact information resources.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. The alternate storage site must provide appropriate geographical separation so an event would not impact both the primary and alternate site.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Alternate storage sites must provide monitoring, physical, and logical security controls that are equivalent to the primary site. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Backup and recovery procedures, and associated testing at alternate storage sites, shall be implemented as described in Control CP-9, System Backup<\/a>. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
