The Tarleton Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), information resource owners and\/or department managers\/supervCISOrs may assign additional training before authorizing access to systems or on an as needed basis.&nbsp;&nbsp;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Security awareness training will be delivered in accordance with <a href=\"https:\/\/statutes.capitol.texas.gov\/Docs\/GV\/htm\/GV.2054.htm#:~:text=Sec.%202054.519.%20%20STATE%20CERTIFIED%20CYBERSECURITY%20TRAINING%20PROGRAMS.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Texas Government Code \u00a72054.519<\/a> and as stated in the Awareness and Training (AT) Control Family.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Role-based training will be updated periodically to incorporate lessons learned from contingency plan testing, internal or external security incidents.
