STEPHENVILLE, Texas—Tarleton’s 20th Annual Holiday Arts and Crafts Showcase, postponed due to the recent ice storm, will be held from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 16, in the Barry B. Thompson Student Center ballrooms.

Shoppers can browse the tables of around 25 vendors selling a variety of arts, crafts and tasty treats.

According to Ben Kunze, Tarleton Staff Council’s fundraising committee chair, holiday shoppers will find a variety of fare including woodcrafts, unique jewelry, home décor, beauty products, cookware, and jams and jellies, to name a few.

“It’s going to be a great and exciting year,” Kunze said. “We have a great vendor turnout projected this year and we hope to see our faculty, staff, students and community come out and support these local businesses.”

The annual event is hosted by the Tarleton State University Staff Council with proceeds from the sale of vendor tables supporting the Staff Council’s employee scholarships and grants program.
