STEPHENVILLE, Texas—Tarleton’s student organizations will once again welcome area children to campus for the annual Halloween Carnival and safe trick-or-treat, slated for Tuesday, Oct. 30.

Parents of children in the Stephenville area are invited to bring their little ghouls and goblins to the Hunewell Residence Hall’s lobby from 5 to 7 p.m. for “Halloween in the Halls.” The event, sponsored by the Hall Leadership Team and Residential Living and Learning, provides a safe place for area youngsters to have some fun and walk away with sweet treats.

Later that evening, the annual Tarleton Halloween Carnival will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. More than 40 booths will be set up in the Administration Mall area, located behind Tarleton’s Administration Building. The carnival will feature a variety of contests requiring skill or chance as well as great snacks and drinks. A central ticket booth will be set up offering 25-cent tickets with most activity booths requiring one to two tickets to participate for prizes and candy.
