Tarleton has a new external scholarship portal that's now available for all Texans. The new external scholarship matching tool makes your search for external scholarships faster and easier. Answer questions and you'll be matched to scholarship opportunities your are eligible for.
FAFSA
In addition to scholarship opportunities, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) provides financial assistance to students of all levels.
Mailing in Private Awards
When sending in private scholarships, please be sure you include your name, student ID number, and any special instructions, such as the term you would like the money to be applied to (i.e. fall semester only). Please address all scholarships to:

Texas Armed Services Scholarship
The Texas Armed Services Scholarship (TASSP) has been created to assist promising students from the State of Texas who are committed to education and service. It encourages young leaders to participate in the Texas Army National Guard, the Texas Air National Guard, the Texas State Guard, the United States Coast Guard, the United States Merchant Marine, or to become commissioned officers in any branch of the armed services of the United States.
