It provides hands-on leadership training, physical fitness preparation, and military instruction, all while students continue their college education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-tarleton-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5d06c91cbcafa8dfb2e58c6e95dbdb07\">At its core, ROTC is about leadership\u2014preparing students to lead in high-pressure environments, think critically, and make strategic decisions.
