{"id":3551,"date":"2023-02-08T21:06:07","date_gmt":"2023-02-08T21:06:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/research\/?p=3551"},"modified":"2023-02-08T22:17:11","modified_gmt":"2023-02-08T22:17:11","slug":"tarleton-research-team-looks-to-develop-smart-meeting-assistant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/research\/tarleton-research-team-looks-to-develop-smart-meeting-assistant\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarleton Research Team Looks to Develop Smart Meeting Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tarleton State University faculty member <strong>Dr. Jonali Baruah<\/strong>, with her team members <strong>Dr. Jugal Kalita<\/strong> and <strong>Dr. Lauren Coursey<\/strong>, has been awarded a National Science Foundation grant to develop and improve the productivity of video-based team innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The $149,974 grant will support their project, \u201cThe Future of Virtual Teams: Enhancing Collaborative Creativity and Socio-cognitive Well-being in Video-based Teams.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project aims to develop a novel Smart Meeting Assistant to enhance the efficiency of video-based teams.
