Thus a\u00a0P \u200bgrade\u00a0will have no impact on your GPA and is considered a passing grade. If the course requires a C or Better, the PC grade will satisfy the requirement of C or Better but a P grade will not. The F will be excluded from your&nbsp;term, overall and institutional&nbsp;GPA calculation for spring 2020 only. The P grade option indicates an undergraduate made a D or Better as a D grade is passing at Tarleton. Some colleges, universities, and graduate programs do not accept D grades in transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Graduate Students: A grade of P indicates a C or better. If you were in certain Seminar sections, Thesis, or Student Teaching, these already have a built in option of Pass\/Fail, Satisfactory\/Unsatisfactory, or Progress. If you choose a P\/PC grade, we will note you had a passing semester and use the overall grade point average from the fall 2019 term to determine eligibility.
