Secondary priority is given to programs sponsored and conducted by university academic and administrative departments, by organizations affiliated with such departments, or by registered student organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other University Facilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Other use of campus space and facilities may be permitted for activities intended to serve or benefit the university community. Sign-in is not required to request rooms.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-tab advgb-tab-body-container\"><div class=\"advgb-tab-body-header advgb-tab-class- \" id=\"advgb-tab-panel-_a8b794-93-1\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"advgb-tab-_a8b794-93-1\" tabindex=\"0\"><span>Room Reservations for Student Organizations<\/span><\/div><div class=\"advgb-tab-_a8b794-93 advgb-tab-body\" aria-labelledby=\"advgb-tab-panel-_a8b794-93-1\" style=\"display:none\">\n<p>Student organizations that are registered with the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/ses\/get-involved\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Office of Student Involvement<\/a>&nbsp;may reserve academic classrooms, by calling the office of the Registrar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Room reservations are valid only for the current semester and are made on a first-come, first serve basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Academic programs have priority when deciding room assignments and student organizations may be temporarily reassigned if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All activity permits must be submitted through&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/texansync.tarleton.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TexanSync<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are directions to help you locate the form. Only members who are listed as &#8220;admin&#8221; for your organization&#8217;s page will be able to create the form. You may add and remove members to admin status as necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log-in to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/texansync.tarleton.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TexanSync<\/a>&nbsp;using your NTNET credentials. Find the &#8220;My Memberships&#8221; tab at the top of the page. Select the name of the organization you are creating an activity permit for.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On your organization&#8217;s page, select the &#8220;Event&#8221; tab underneath your organization name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under the events tab, find &#8220;Create an Event&#8221; on the right side of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out the form and submit.
