Midterm Grades

Grades must be entered into DuckTrax (Web Self Service).

How to Enter Midterm Grades

Final Grades

Grades must be entered into DuckTrax (Web Self Service).

The Office of the Registrar will conduct End of Term Processing after all grades have been turned in. The End of Term Processing includes:

  1. Roll Grades
  2. Run for Repeats
  3. Run for GPA
  4. Run for Academic Standing and Distinguished Students

If all grades are not posted by due date, then end of term processing will not be conducted. Once grades have been entered into DuckTrax, any changes to a student’s grade must be made by contacting the Registrar's Office to request the Grade Change form.
