Additionally, we will be launching our QEP \u2014&nbsp;<em>Texan Smart<\/em>&nbsp;\u2014 to improve the \u201cfinancial wellness\u201d of our students.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>Please join me in thanking our SACSCOC Liaison, Dr. Jordan Barkley, for leading our institution in this process and achieving stellar results. Our review team commended us for our organization, response to the off-site report, and level of excellence for an institution this size. Dr. Barkley relied heavily on Ms. Chelsea Estep, Mr. Morgan Carter and Dr. Laurie Sharp during this process, and I commend each of them for their contributions.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>In addition, I also want to publicly recognize the compliance co-leads, Dr. Dennis Jones and Dr. Denise Martinez; our QEP co-leads, Dr. Jolena Waddell and Dr. Keith Emmert; and our assessment extraordinaire, Dr. Jason LaTouche, for their exemplary service to this important process.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>These stellar accreditation results provide a strong foundation to build our new strategic plan.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>My sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to our reaffirmation process.
