Its momentum is strengthening the workforce and helping shape the future of Texas,&#8221; said Texas A&amp;M System Chancellor Glenn Hegar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tarleton State\u2019s No. 1 ranking highlights the university\u2019s momentum as it continues advancing <em>Tarleton State Forward 2030: Our Future-Focused Strategic Plan<\/em>, expanding academic programs, increasing research capacity and strengthening partnerships with industry and community organizations across the nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;This milestone speaks to the strength of our academic programs and the hard work happening across every college and department,&#8221; said Interim Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Barry Lambert. &#8220;For the sixth year, Tarleton State leads the state in graduate success because our faculty and staff stay focused on what matters most, which is preparing Texans who are ready to contribute on day one. We are proud of this achievement, and we will keep building on it.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The THECB&#8217;s annual almanac examines key performance indicators across Texas public higher education, including student success, affordability, access and post-graduation outcomes.
