Be sure you register for a permit each August. <\/li>\n\n\n\nParking on campus is by permit only. If you don’t have a permit, do not park on campus.<\/li>\n\n\n\nBecome familiar with the locations in which your permit is valid and only park in those locations.<\/li>\n\n\n\nMake sure your vehicle is properly linked to your permit. Adding a vehicle to your account under the Vehicle section does not automatically link it. This must be done under the Permit section in the Parking Portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\nDo not park in spaces designated for persons with disabilities unless you have the proper ADA permit\/license plate and<\/em> a current TSU virtual permit. Illegally parking in an ADA space for any amount of time<\/strong> will result in a $500 fine, per Texas state law. The University strictly follows this law.
