STEPHENVILLE, Texas \u2014 The W. K. Gordon Museum and Research Center Holiday Open House is set for 2 p.m. Dec. 15 at the museum in Thurber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The come-and-go event will allow visitors to explore the museum and learn about Thurber while voting on their favorite Christmas tree decorated by local businesses displayed throughout the gallery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ballots are available in the museum, and voting will continue until the holiday closure in December. The winner will be announced on social media Jan. 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The W. K. Gordon Museum and Research Center is located at 65258 Interstate 20, Exit 367, in Mingus and is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday and 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday.
