STEPHENVILLE, Texas \u2014 Santa is coming to Tarleton State University\u2019s W. K. Gordon Museum and Research Center at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admission is free for children and adults, with cookies available to enjoy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitors are encouraged to vote on their favorite Christmas tree decorated by local businesses and displayed throughout the gallery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ballots are available in the museum, and voting will continue until the holiday closure in December. The winner will be announced on social media Jan. 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The W. K. Gordon Museum and Research Center is located at 65258 Interstate 20, Exit 367, in Mingus and is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday and 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday. The combined museum and special collections library is located at the site of the Thurber ghost town.
