STEPHENVILLE, Texas \u2014 Erath Engaged will host its first virtual Rural Mental Health Summit at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 31 over Zoom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The virtual summit begins with a spotlight on mental health concerns in rural areas accomplished through interactive and engaging activities. The summit will also introduce rural mental health statistics through an interactive trivia challenge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Erath Engaged team will also reflect on mental health challenges and opportunities from a student perspective. The summit will end with an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) representative who will highlight the various mental health approaches utilized by rural EMS departments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Participants are invited to register here<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n New and seasoned faculty and staff can benefit from the student panel and the general information focused rural mental health.
