STEPHENVILLE, Texas \u2014 The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas will team with Tarleton State University\u2019s College of Business to host a daylong conference Tuesday, Oct. 10, in Stephenville. This is the fifth time the two have collaborated on an economic conference in the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Anil Kumar, the Dallas Fed\u2019s Economic Policy Advisor, will speak during a luncheon regarding the health of the local, regional and national economy. Members of the community are invited to the luncheon and can RSVP through the College of Business website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dallas Fed representatives also will hold a student-focused session introducing the Federal Reserve banking system and facilitate a roundtable where local business leaders can discuss economic conditions in the region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Rajarshi Aroskar<\/a>, Dean of Tarleton\u2019s College of Business, will host a reception for community leaders, bankers, business owners and College of Business faculty members to explore issues impacting the local economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas hosts similar events several times annually, focusing on regionally specific issues. The Tarleton State College of Business is sponsoring the October conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
