STEPHENVILLE, Texas \u2014 The 16th Annual Tarleton State University Student Film and Moving Media Festival is slated for Thursday, April 28.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Screenings for the competitive cinematic event, featuring the work of digital media students, begin at 5 p.m. at the university planetarium on the Stephenville campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
