Felix St. Participants who attend both days will receive 16 hours of credit from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RSVP early to rbutler02@tarleton.edu. Space is limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Special instructors for the training are Richard Walter and Patrick Zirpoli, both members of The Vidocq Society. The society is comprised of 82 forensic specialists from around the world who assist criminal justice agencies in solving cold cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A scholar in residence at Oklahoma State University\u2019s School of Forensic Sciences, Walter is a founding member of The Vidocq Society. He retired from the Michigan Department of Corrections after more than 22 years as a prison psychologist. Walter is an international expert on crime assessment, profiling and risk evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zirpoli is retired from the Pennsylvania State Police, where he served as supervisor of the agency\u2019s criminal investigation assessment unit.
