Gordon Center for Industrial History of Texas invites would-be artists to the museum at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, for &ldquo;Paint the Town,&rdquo; part of the Sunday Afternoon Program series.<\/p>\n<p>Artists from the Cross Timbers Fine Arts Council will be on hand to offer step-by-step instructions to help create a masterpiece.<\/p>\n<p>Cost is $35 per person and includes supplies and snacks.<\/p>\n<p>Seating is limited. Reservations are required and can be made at 254-968-1886 or by email at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:GordonCenter@tarleton.edu\">GordonCenter@tarleton.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The W.K. Gordon Center for Industrial History of Texas, a Tarleton museum and research facility in the historic ghost town of Thurber, is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays and from 1 to 4 p.m. Sundays.
