STEPHENVILLE, Texas — The Tarleton State University College of Business will host a group of successful business leaders as Executives in Residence at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, in the COBA building.<\/p>\n
Greg Crouchley, president of Justin Brands; James Sellers, founder and president of Sellmark Corp.; Rick Stacy, founder of Stacy Furniture and Design; and Dr. Louis Mancuso, professor of entrepreneurship at Loyola University in New Orleans, will work with students on a variety of topics.<\/p>\n
Crouchley brings a wealth of corporate experience working for Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger. Justin Brands also works with multiple entertainers through licensing agreements.<\/p>\n
Crouchley’s interest in Tarleton was kindled by boot designer and Tarleton graduate Shelbi Tidwell, who also will visit Tarleton to speak with students during Executive in Residence.<\/p>\n
Sellers incorporated his love of the outdoors and innovative sales tactics into a unique marketing system. The company has become a leading manufacturer of award-winning consumer products sold in more than 50 countries.<\/p>\n
Sellers has several trademarks and patents and continues to grow and expand internationally. He received the Early Career Achievement Award from UTA and the 40 Under 40 Award from Fort Worth Business<\/em>,<\/em>and he was named a Small Business Champion of the Year in Tarrant County.<\/p>\n Stacy established a successful family business that includes multiple locations throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. He will share his thoughts on business and family.<\/p>\n Dr. Mancuso teaches graduate classes at Loyola. Besides his appearance at Executive in Residence, he is part of the Tarleton Speaker Symposium Series.
