STEPHENVILLE, Texas —Tarleton English professor Dr. Moumin Quazi, received the College English Association Professional Achievement Award at the organization’s 50th<\/sup>annual conference in New Orleans.<\/p>\n The award recognizes CEA members who have significantly contributed to teaching and scholarship at the college or university level.<\/p>\n Quazi also was named to the CEA board of directors. He will serve the 700-member group for a three-year term.<\/p>\n Tarleton, founding member of The Texas A&M University System, provides a student-focused, value-driven education marked by academic innovation and a dedication to transform today’s scholars into tomorrow’s leaders.
