FORT WORTH, Texas — Find out more about Tarleton State University’s graduate-level degree programs Saturday, October 26, at an open house in Fort Worth for prospective students.<\/p>\n
The open house is set from 8:30 a.m. to noon at Tarleton’s new Fort Worth location, 10850 Texan Rider Drive, just off Chisolm Trail Parkway. Prospective students should RSVP at www.tarleton.edu\/graduate.<\/p>\n
Meet faculty and staff and learn about the university’s graduate school admissions process, strategies for financing a graduate school education, and more. Application fees will be waived for attendees who apply within a week of the open house.<\/p>\n
Tarleton-Fort Worth offers master’s-level programs in accounting, business administration, clinical mental health counseling, communication studies, counseling, criminal justice, curriculum and instruction, educational administration, medical laboratory services, nursing administration, nursing education, psychology, public administration and social work.<\/p>\n
The university’s doctor of education (Ed.D.) program in educational leadership combines individualized study with specialized course work and research. The university’s doctor of philosophy (Ph.D.) program in criminal justice prepares students to face the growing complexities of the criminal justice system.<\/p>\n
Tarleton offers day, evening and weekend classes, along with a fully online Global Campus offering 20 e-learning programs.<\/p>\n
