STEPHENVILLE, Texas — The Upward Bound Program at Tarleton State University is accepting applications from area high school students who are eligible for and interested in participating in a college preparatory program.<\/p>\n
To be eligible for Upward Bound, students must be in the ninth or 10th<\/sup> grade and attend Stephenville, Lingleville, Huckabay, Dublin, De Leon, Comanche, Gustine or Iredell high schools. Students also must be potential first-generation college students or meet program income guidelines.<\/p>\n Program services include tutoring, academic advising, cultural enrichment activities and overall assistance needed to promote success at the high school level.
