Gordon Center for Industrial History of Texas on Saturday, Feb. 8, for &ldquo;Museum After Dark.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The free scavenger hunt begins at 6 p.m. and is appropriate for all ages. As participants finish the hunt, they&rsquo;ll receive a password for the museum&rsquo;s &ldquo;speakeasy,&rdquo; to enjoy soft refreshments, period jazz and a photo booth.<\/p>\n<p>Free transportation for Tarleton students is available from the university&rsquo;s Stephenville campus on a first-come, first-served basis. Deadline for reservations is Wednesday, Feb. 5. Call&nbsp;<a title=\"tel:254-968-1886\" href=\"tel:254-968-1886\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">254-968-1886<\/a><strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong>Boarding starts at 5:30 p.m. at the John Tarleton statue.<\/p>\n<p>The W.K. Gordon Center for Industrial History of Texas, a Tarleton museum and research facility located in the historic ghost town of Thurber, is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays and from 1 to 4 p.m. Sundays. The center is located at Exit 367 on Interstate 20 between Fort Worth and Abilene.
