Nominate A Faculty Member<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Full-time faculty members can be nominated for one of the following awards in their respective Academic College:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. O.A. Grant Excellence in Teaching Award<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Barry B. Thompson Service Award<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Faculty Excellence in Scholarship Award<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Faculty Excellence in Student Success Award<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Engaged Scholarship Award<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Outstanding Early Career Faculty Award<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Each nomination will need to include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. One or two paragraphs summarizing the reasons for nominating the individual, which should address the specific criteria listed in the award description<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. A completed nomination form<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. A brief vita of the nominee<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Supplemental Documentation (optional) can include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. Letters of recommendation from peers, students, administrators, or other relevant parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. A list of special honors or recognitions are not required but recommended<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        The annual call for nominations will open for submissions on the first Friday in October.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
