Texan Performance Excellence Award<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

This award is designed to recognize and reinforce employee contributions to the University, College or Department by granting Administrative Leave for excellent performance. Our goal is to align recognition with the department, college, or university’s mission and values to create a positive work environment for employees, increase employee performance and engagement, and improve employee morale, through recognition of outstanding performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
