Printed Payroll Checks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Printed payroll checks are mailed directly to the employee from College Station. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employees are highly encouraged to enroll in direct deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below are detailed instructions for enrolling in direct deposit from your Workday home screen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click the Pay Application<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Payment Elections<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click Add<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In the Account Information section add the following:\n

    1. Account Nickname. Workday Services recommends you use this to distinguish between accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Routing Transit Number. This is a 9 digit number found on a check, deposit slip or in your banking information online<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Bank Name. This is the name of your Bank (e.g. Bank of America)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Account Type. Select Checking or Savings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Account Number. This is located on a check, deposit slip or in your banking information online.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Click OK<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
