Tarleton State\u2019s Human Resources Training & Development Team partners with the University to provide high-quality, relevant training that meets both current and future needs. We take a proactive approach in creating and delivering programs that support Tarleton State\u2019s dedication to employee growth and development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

TrainTraq<\/h4><\/div>
\n

TrainTraq is the online training platform used by all members of the Texas A&M System to believe and manage training content. It can be accessed through your Single-Sign-On (SSO) menu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As outlined in Texas A&M System Regulation 33.05.02<\/a>, all employees of Tarleton State University must complete the required courses listed below within 30 days of their hire date. Additional training may be assigned by the department heads or supervisors based on specific job responsibilities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
