What to Bring to Orientation
- All employees must present documentation(s) as instructed on the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9
- Employees covering their dependents on TAMUS Benefit plans must provide dependent documentation to qualify dependents for coverage. You will also need your dependent’s date of birth and social security number when adding dependents.
- Life insurance coverage requires entering benefit information into Workday for Basic Life, Alternate Basic Life, and Optional Life. Have your beneficiaries:
- Legal Name
- Contact Information including phone number and e-mail.
