Benefits Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment takes place from July 1-July 31, allowing employees and retirees may make changes to benefit elections for the following plan year. 

Changes made during Open Enrollment are effective September 1.

Outside of each year’s July Open Enrollment period, changes can only be made to health, dental, vision or spending accounts during the plan year within 60 days of a Qualifying Life Event such as marriage, birth or adoption, etc. If changes are not made within 60 days of the Life Event, coverage to these plans cannot be made until the next Open Enrollment period, with an effective date of September 1.
