Maintenance Requests<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Submission Process:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Log into my gateway and access the student housing portal.\n
      \n
    • Locate the Room Maintenance button on the top panel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Select the \u201cJob type\u201d, select the \u201cNew Maintenance Request\u201d button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Select the location (bedroom or common areas), the category (ex. Plumbing, HVAC, Windows), and the \u201citem\u201d that is wrong in the space.\n
        \n
      • Include details in \u201cAdditonal Description\u201d if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Enter the room space and room letter in the last box before completing the maintenance request.\n
          \n
        • Select \u201csave job\u201d to complete the submission of the maintenance request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Please maintain your work order number so that Residence Life staff can easily review updates to your maintenance concern upon your request.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Emergency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          For emergent facility situations like smoke or fire, please contact 911 immediately and notify Residence Life staff so they can assist as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          For other emergent concerns like active water leaks, loss of power, or concerns affecting your immediate safety, please contact your Residence Hall on-call number so that staff can assist in addressing the issue as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
