Maintenance requests can be submitted at your Residence Hall front desk. Residence Life staff will be available to submit a work order for your concern and will provide you with a work order number after it has been submitted. Please maintain your work order number so that Residence Life staff can easily review updates to your maintenance concern upon your request. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
If there is not a Residence Life staff member present at the desk, please contact your Residence Hall on-call number for assistance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please contact your Residence Hall front desk or Residence Hall Director if your work order request is not addressed in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For emergent facility situations like smoke or fire, please contact 911 immediately and notify Residence Life staff so they can assist as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For other emergent concerns like active water leaks, loss of power, or concerns affecting your immediate safety, please contact your Residence Hall on-call number so that staff can assist in addressing the issue as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
