Current & Returning students needing on campus housing for Summer 2025 will be assigned to Traditions Hall upon completion of the Summer 2025 housing application; Summer 2025 – $1606.00 (Dates: 5/27/25 – 7/31/25)

New Incoming Students

New incoming students/FTIC students needing on campus housing for Summer 2025 will be assigned to Centennial Hall upon completion of the Summer 2025 housing application; Summer 2025 – $1323.00 (Dates: 5/27/25 – 7/31/25)

Requirements for on campus housing for Summer 2025:

• All students living on campus for summer are required to have a meal plan. There is only one (1) meal plan offered – 15 meal swipes per week in the dining hall, no dining dollars, no meal exchanges at a rate of $2028.00.
• Students currently living on campus for Spring 2025 semester, would remain in current assignment until notified to move over to their summer assignment in Traditions Hall.
• New incoming students would remain in the summer assignment in Centennial Hall until notified to move over to their Fall 2025 – Spring 2026 assignment.
• Students must either be registered for Summer courses and/or Fall courses or have an assignment on campus for Fall 2025 – Spring 2026 to live on campus for summer.
