They must be continuously enrolled in at least one Honors Core course or complete an Honors Contract each semester until a minimum of 18 hours of Honors credit has been completed. In addition, Distinguished Honors Scholars must complete and successfully defend an Honors Thesis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-button alignfull is-style-squared-outline\"><a class=\"wp-block-advgb-button_link advgbbtn-09b9bedd-5860-4175-b52d-42aff9d48d12\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/honors\/honors-thesis\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span><strong>Honors Thesis<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Honors Curriculum<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/honors\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/154\/2025\/03\/3-Course-Rotation-1.pdf\">Honors Core Course Rotation<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have completed all of your core courses, you can earn Honors Credit by completing an Honors Contract in a course that is in your degree plan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scholarship Opportunities <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Students who are admitted to Tarleton State by January 15 and have completed the General Scholarship Application by February 15 will be considered for a President\u2019s Texan Scholarship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the Honors College awards a number of scholarships to eligible participants on a competitive basis.
