Please note that only ticketed guests may enter the EECU Center. Indoor overflow viewing locations will be available on the Stephenville campus. These spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for non-ticketed guests to watch the ceremony livestream and celebrate with their graduates afterward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Graduates will report to their assigned staging areas \u2014 undergraduates in Wisdom Gym and graduate students in the Campus Rec Building. Guests should report to the EECU Center. An ADA-compliant drop-off and pick-up zone will be also be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prohibited Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The EECU Center is a state-of-the-art facility, designed with the guest experience in mind from the moment you step inside. It is our goal to provide a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please be familiar with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/graduation\/clear-bag-policy\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/graduation\/clear-bag-policy\/\">commencement clear bag policy and prohibited items<\/a> prior to your arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where To Enter\/Seating<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Allow plenty of time to park, navigate entry, and find seating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>President Hurley has declared all commencement ceremonies a \u201ccasual celebration\u201d. We recommend comfortable clothing, appropriate for forecasted temperatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No outside food or beverages will be allowed. Concessions will be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where to Meet Family Afterwards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the ceremony, graduates will exit the EECU Center on the East side of the building near Champions entrance. There are several photo celebration areas located in the dismissal area as well as many picturesque spots throughout the campus. Designate a place to meet your graduate after the ceremony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ceremony Length\/Duration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We anticipate ceremonies lasting 90 to 120 minutes long. We recommend anyone in a high-risk category, those with medical issues or anyone who is vulnerable to forecasted temperatures, to utilize the live streaming option.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color\">Photography<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Flash Photography will be taking pictures at each commencement ceremony. Graduates will be contacted by Flash Photography to place orders.
