Step 4: Tickets

Commencement Ticket Distribution Dates/Information

Only students who have filed for graduation and have been cleared by the Registrar's Office are eligible to receive tickets.

Graduates will receive the following number of tickets for their ceremony:

College Tickets Per Student
College of Agricultural and Environmental Science 8 tickets
College of Business Administration 8 tickets
College of Education 8 tickets
College of Health Sciences and Human Services 8 tickets
College of Liberal and Fine Arts 8 tickets
College of Science and Technology 8 tickets
College of Graduate Studies 10 tickets

Ticket distribution will begin Monday, November 27th at 1:00 pm in the locations listed below.
  • Only students who have filed for graduation prior to the commencement participation deadline will be able to participate in the ceremony and pick up tickets.
  • Students will be required to show picture ID before tickets are released.

Distribution will cease at 5:00 pm on Friday, DECEMBER 8th.

  • Any tickets not picked up by 5:00 pm will be made available on a first come, first served basis the following week.
Extra Ticket Distribution will begin at 1:00 pm on Monday, December 11th and 8:00 am on Tuesday, December 12th.
  • Extra Ticket Distribution will take place in the same locations.
  • Only students, who have filed for graduation prior to the "commencement participation deadline", will be able to pick up tickets.
  • Undergraduate students may receive an allotment of up to 2 additional tickets for a maximum of 10 tickets total (8 original allotment + 2 extra). 
  • Graduate students may receive an allotment of up to 2 additional tickets for a maximum of 12 tickets total (10 original allotment + 2 extra).

Extra Ticket Distribution will cease at 5:00 pm on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 12TH or when all tickets have been distributed.

Graduate Students:

Tickets for ALL graduate students (all campuses) will be handled through the College of Graduate Studies on the Stephenville campus.

Online Students:

Tickets for Distance Learning Students will be handled through the Dean's offices on the Stephenville campus.

Stephenville/Main Campus:

Please visit your academic Dean's office (see information below) to pick up your tickets.
