Our programs offer personal advising from start to finish and are available online and\/or at our Fort Worth campus. The program offers a comprehensive interdisciplinary examination of traditional literary studies with rhetorical studies to provide solid training for the demands of the college classroom in both composition and literature. This degree includes at least 18 graduate hours in English, which is require to teach dual credit in that subject area. Coursework available includes American literature, British literature, rhetoric and composition, linguistics, professional writing and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Degree Option<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For those already holding a master\u2019s degree, we offer a simplified path to earn the 18 graduate hours in English require to teach college level or dual credit in English.
