Instructor Resources for Extension Education Course Creation
Do you have expertise in a particular subject? Have you taught classes before? Do you want to give back to your community? We are looking to expand course offerings in Stephenville, Fort Worth, and Waco. Please read the instructions for submitting a course proposal, complete and submit the forms below. Once all forms have been received you will be contacted by extension education staff, informing of proposal acceptance and schedules.
SAP 28.02.99.T0.01 Recovery of Indirect Costs Associated with Extension Education Activities defines the process used to recover indirect costs generated by Extension Education Activities, or Educational Business Activities, after each activity has been through the Non-State Funded Course Group process and approved by the provost and executive vice president for academic affairs (provost).
To assure compliance with Texas A&M University System Policy 28.02, we ask that you take the appropriate steps as outlined below to have your activity approved before it is made available.
For assistance with creating an Extension Education Activity, questions or information on processes and timelines, please contact the Extension Education department at [email protected].
