This log will include duties, impressions, contacts, and conferences with the supervisor (if applicable). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have the supervisor complete a midterm and final evaluation form. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete an internship report at the end of the internship experience. (Must be submitted within two weeks after completion of internship work).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of professional and applicable skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
